Is there a charge for this course?
Yes, there is. The cost is $100.00 for the first person, and an additional $50.00 for each additional person (partner) in your partnership. I will accommodate up to 6 people (5 partners plus you). Be aware that in order to receive a certificate of completion and credit, each partner must also complete all coursework.

How long do I have to complete the course?
You have 1 calendar year to complete the course (12 months). You may opt to take longer than 12 months, of course. However, be aware that if you take longer than 12 months to complete the course, you will have to submit an additional $100.00 in order to receive credit and your certificate.

If I do not complete the course within 12 months, can I get my money back?
No. There are no refunds nor can the fee be transferred to someone else.

I've changed my mind but would like my friend to take my place, since I've already paid. Can I do that?
No. The fee can not be transferred. It also can not be refunded.

I've paid my fee again. How long do I have to complete the course now?
You have 12 calendar months to complete the course with the new fee. Should you take longer than this, you will have to again submit another $100.00 fee. All the rules still apply. No transfers and no refunds.

I've submitted my registration and my fee. What now?
You may start on the course. I will notify your county officer that you have enrolled and I will contact them again when you complete the course. Thank you for enrolling with us! I know you have many choices! I hope you enjoy it!

I hate writing checks and sending them through the mail. Can I pay you online?
Yes. Absolutely! We will be using PayPal to process our online payments.

I hate paying online. Can't I just send you a check or money order?
Of course you may! My address is at the bottom of every page on this site and on several others besides.

I do not have a PayPal account. Do I have to get one in order to pay you online?
No, you do not have to create an account with PayPal in order to pay us online. PayPal is a widely accepted and trusted online payment portal and enables us to accept credit and debit cards. It will allow you to pay us as a guest without an actual PayPal account. You just need an email address.

The navigation at the top of the screen acts wonky. Sometimes more menus appear, and sometimes they don't. What's up with that?
Each section under "Class Pages" have 3 menu sections, except for "Introduction" which has 2. If a corresponding section fails to automatically appear, clicking on it's parent section will cause it to appear. Also, clicking on "Class Pages" will take you to the Table of Contents.

Why aren't there page numbers in this site?
There are page numbers. The page number is in the url after the z. So, section 1, page 1, page name is z101_goalsetting. All class pages and homework pages have a z and a page number.
